Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

- Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have been processed and shipped.

We will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is in the final stages of processing or has been handed over to the carrier.

2. Orders Already Shipped  

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may still return the item(s) in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy after you receive your package.

3. Order Cancellation Window 

- You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been shipped. 

- After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped; if so, the standard return process will apply.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders  

- If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method.  

- Once processed by us, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
