What to Do If Your Product Arrives Damaged

We encourage you to carefully inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage—even to the packaging itself—please note it on the delivery receipt.

If you are unable to open the package immediately but suspect it may be damaged, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

Should your product arrive damaged, simply take photos and email them to support@livebeyondoutdoors.com. Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
