- Inspect the packaging upon arrival. If any damage is visible—even just to the box—note it on the delivery receipt if possible.  

- If you cannot inspect the contents immediately but suspect damage, mark “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt where feasible.  

- As soon as you discover any damage or defect, email photos of the product and packaging to support@livebeyondoutdoors.com so we can expedite your warranty claim, replacement, or refund review.  

3. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

4. Filing a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty-related claim through Live Beyond Outdoors:

   - Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)  

   - A detailed description of the issue  

   - Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect, damage, or problem area  

2) We’ll review your claim and may request additional documentation or troubleshooting steps as required by the manufacturer.  

3) If the claim is approved under the applicable warranty, we will coordinate next steps, which may include:  

   - Repair by an authorized service provider  

   - Replacement of the product or affected parts  

   - Refund, where appropriate and permitted by the manufacturer and our policies  

Resolution options can vary by brand, product type, and the age/condition of the item.

5. Shipping & Labor Responsibilities

Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s warranty or agreed to in writing:  

- Shipping the product back for inspection, service, or warranty evaluation is generally the customer’s responsibility.  

- If a repair or replacement is approved under warranty, return shipping of the repaired or replacement item may be covered by the manufacturer or by us, depending on the specific warranty terms.  

- Labor, installation, removal, or re-installation costs are typically **not** covered under standard manufacturer warranties.

- This policy summarizes how Live Beyond Outdoors assists with manufacturer warranties and does not replace or extend the manufacturer’s written warranty. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty will generally control.  

- This warranty assistance represents our sole obligation in connection with defective or malfunctioning products.  

- Live Beyond Outdoors disclaims liability for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product purchased from us, to the fullest extent permitted by law.  

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Your rights under this policy and under any manufacturer’s warranty are in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
