To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused,

- In their original packaging,

- With all tags attached, and

- In the same condition that you received them.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to items that are not in their original condition, are damaged due to misuse, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Restocking Fee:

A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for returned items, unless the return is due to our error (for example, wrong item shipped or defective product).

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
